Today my son Jasen, age four, said to me, when he saw my goodies from the grocery store--"Mom, you totally got olives!" Yes, I totally did. And he said "These green beans are awesome!" Now why am I not that enthused over vegetables? I love the vitality and excitement of little children.

Ahhh that is so cute! I remember Gwyneth Paltrow telling David Letterman about how her daughter Apple got so excited when her and her husband took her to a farmers market. Gwyneth said that Apple exclaimed "WOW! CHEESE!". That story always stuck with me.
