So this morning I found some awesome fonts here.
And instructions on loading them into Vista here.
As I was picking out the ones I loved I realized that that part of me--the part that just knows, that appreciates the difference a font can make in a piece--the part that just feels it is right...is the artist in me.
It seems to me that the "artist" is the part of us that connects to the spiritual senses--the knowing, the intuition, the "it just feels right."
Isn't it something how we all can recognize beauty, we all can notice quality. It calls to us.
Personally, I think it's the divine with us--recognizing the divine that makes its way into this world. It's the Law of Attraction at work--like attracting like.
So the next time you find yourself attracted to great beauty--remember, it's the beauty that lives in your--that IS you--that's doing the attracting. Like attracts like--it's the law. There is divine beauty in us all.

I am a font lover, as well. Isn't it funny that such a seemingly little thing can be so meaningful when viewed through the artist's eye?
