* Cauliflower HUMMUS
* 1 cauliflower peeled and chopped
* 1 cup raw tahini
* ½ cup fresh lemon juice
* 4 cloves garlic, peeled
* 1 cup olive oil
* 2 tsp sea salt
* ½ T ground cumin
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until thick and smooth.
Serve with raw crackers, zucchini slices, celery or carrot sticks. Makes a
